The House of MG is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Ahmedabad, a UNESCO World Heritage City. It is a beautifully restored property built in 1924 for a prominent textile magnate. History

Initially built in 1904 by textile magnates Chimanlal and Mangaldas Girdhardas, the House of MG is a stunning example of Ahmedabad’s rich heritage. After falling into disrepair, the mansion was meticulously restored and transformed into a luxurious heritage hotel. Notably, Mahatma Gandhi briefly stayed here upon his return from South Africa, adding a unique historical significance to its charm.
